When to do a pregnancy test: recommendations to feel at ease
Are you wondering when to do a pregnancy test? Everybody is different; in some women, it is easily to immediately detect the pregnancy hormone while others do not display any symptoms. If you test yourself when you are pregnant for a few weeks can give a false negative and it is still not detected in the urine levels of the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin.
While the test ensures reliable results from the first day of delay there are many women who are irregular in period and may have become pregnant later than you think. So if the result is negative and the delay continues, experts recommend repeating the test after two or three days.
The pregnancy hormone is detected 15 days after fertilization has occurred in some women and perhaps more, therefore, for greater reliability it should be done after the third or fourth day of delay. It is said that the tests give false negatives but never false positives. This means that if the two hatched out you are pregnant, but be careful, some women pass the test, which appears positive and when they consult with a doctor, they have no embryo.
You should know that in some cases, the body pregnancy hormone may be detected but they can lose the fetus in the first stage of conception. Try not to make the test too early. This will save you from disappointment.
Forget about creating an illusion. In addition, if you do not want to get pregnant, do not rush onto a conclusion, because you may be pregnant when you think you are not and after a few days. By contrast, you may face a spontaneous abortion. Therefore, to avoid the anguish that goes with that uncertainty it is preferable to wait a couple more days and repeat the test before being disappointed.
